| I just wanted to let everyone know that the presentation we pulled together for a last minute opportunity to the mandatory HPW Relocation real estate class was a GREAT success. Special thanks to Katie for all her efforts and help organizing the event and well received snacks and refreshments. Thanks, too, to Rachel, for helping to compile our packets. It was first-class all the way!! I have to say, the 65+ agents that were present were, surprisingly, Coldwell Banker – HPW’s top producers…. I don’t think there was an agent in the room that sells less than $3 million per year. I couldn’t have hand-picked a group any better than those in attendance…. Absolutely Incredible!!! The customized cookies with the “WP” frosted on the front by Whimsical Cookies in Cary were also a great hit. Each agent there left with a complete package on Wakefield with overall community map, vicinity map, membership information, and our full color inventory complete with photos. We also gave everyone a Wakefield logo pen and pad of paper, and gave away 3 of our heavy terry cloth robes logo’ed with our “WP”. It was a complete success!!
